"A legendary dining spot for a reason! The lamb and beef steaks were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. If you're feeling adventurous, this is the place to try crocodile and other unique exotic meats. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the service is excellent—definitely a must-visit for meat lovers in Nairobi. There is also a shop you can buy apron and carnivore Tshirt with 3500 Kes."

"Their buffet is about $40 USD where they come around to your table and offer all the different kinds of meat. It’s a fun concept. I opted for ala cattle and got the burger and lamb Tigoni. Both were good."

"Interesting concept but not uncommon. The good: ambiance was nice. Great lighting, indoors and outdoors sitting. Not too chilly as they have heaters placed at strategic spots. I believe you can also request for one to be turned on near you, or turn up/down the heat. Service: Pretty inconsistent. Some servers were great and friendly, proactive and checked on us often, especially when our table looked empty. Most times, servers walked past us busily, missed out of giving us warm towels when tables around us had them, took a while to be served coffee/tea and dessert. Food: Unfortunately the “buffet” only applies to the salads and meats. Very strange inflexible rule of only serving coffee/ tea after meal and staff was not willing to serve it at the start of our meal, despite our request for it to be brought forward (don’t have a habit of having coffee/tea as a digestive). Dessert was also not a buffet, unlike what we expected based on the description of this dining format. You get one choice of dessert per pax, and the creme brûlée was a really miserable serving on a sauce plate. Depth of the creme brûlée was probably 1cm at its thickest, picture with tea spoon for comparison. 4 types of salads were served - tasty and refillable. Meats were mostly over salted and over cooked. Some cuts were really sinewy and tough. While servers came to explain the cut and type of meat and the sauce pairings, we ended our meal not because we were full but because we just weren’t looking forward to repeat any particular cut of meat. Favourites were lamb chop and fish. And we only had these once and servers never came back with them despite us requesting for it. Seems like a nice spot for big groups but wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for well cooked meats."

"First time here and I loved it! This was part of our package to the National park - our guide recommended it (and so did a local friend) and it's absolutely worth it. The food is non stop - meat lovers will truly enjoy the variety (I tried many items for the first time). Service was exceptional! No complaints and I highly recommend it - hope to be back :)"

"Very nice and Unique place in Nairobi and of course a famous one. We tried different types of meat. My fav ones were the beef, ostrich and Lamb where my least favorite was the fish and Turkey. Overall a nice place that I would recommend to people but definitely an overpriced"
