"Ee had an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE at this restaurant. I don’t know if they have improved from reviews, or just mixed reviews because I think they deserve a rating of 4.8 and above. The Waiter was so good and fast, food was out in less than 15 minutes, the olympic salad is so authentic you can really tell this is a family tradition passed down. Without meeting chef Baz and hearing of how he has recreated most of his grandma’s recipes I kept saying I can’t believe I’m eating food as authentic as this. It doesn’t have the template restaurant flavors, you can tell it’s not ‘school taught’ cooking.such soft pita bread, dippings O had the chicken off the skewers I forget their name. Everything well balanced, marinated. My partner had a steak it was great but my greek order was better but I always encourage people to order the authentic cuisine and ask waiters what is best selling. No pic of the orange dessert but I am so going back. Chef Baz has shared a kitchen with Gordon and been all over the world yet so humble. I can only imagine how his granma cooked because wow! The wine selection could be better maybe 4/5 now but food is so good you really can’t notice Share the salad it’s a lot, even the desert we shared. We took a bottle of wine so that changes the average of what we spent."

"This restaurant is absolutely adorable, so vibrant and picturesque! The vibe is chill but lively in the best way. I ordered the pork loin and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. The cocktails were fantastic and definitely generous with the alcohol content. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who gave excellent menu recommendations. Overall, an amazing experience, I can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a really enjoyable experience at Mythos Taverna in Nairobi. It’s a lovely place for a comfortable meal with family or friends. The food was very delicious. We especially loved the very nice Greek salad, which was fresh, crisp, and perfectly balanced. The souvlaki was flavourful and well-seasoned, and the lamb chops were tender and cooked beautifully. Everything arrived nicely presented and clearly made with care. The portions were satisfying without being overwhelming. Service was attentive and pleasant - staff checked in regularly and were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. Mythos Taverna is a wonderful choice for Greek and Mediterranean cuisine in Nairobi, and we would definitely return!"

"I'll give the ambience a 5 star but the service & food were wanting. I got the menu as soon as I sat, however, it took a while for me to give my order - the wait staff is available but for some reason, they just stand and stare in air. I ordered the beef and lamb gyro - it was extremely dry."
