"I went to Fogo Gaucho in Westlands for dinner, and it offered a really great Brazilian-style steakhouse experience. The restaurant is tucked slightly off the main road, so if you're not familiar with Nairobi, it’s easy to drive past — but finding it is absolutely worth it. The service was excellent throughout. The staff were warm, attentive, and always quick to check in. They use the classic two-sided tabs on each table — green for “keep the meat coming” and red for “I’m done” — which makes the whole experience smooth and well-coordinated. Inside, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a great spot for families or group outings. With the amount of food they serve, it’s definitely a place best enjoyed with company — far too much for one person to tackle alone. There's also a bar for those looking to have a few drinks. The variety of meats was impressive, with beef, lamb, chicken, and sausages making their rounds, all well-seasoned and served at the perfect temperature. The salad bar was fresh, nicely arranged, and even had a small dessert section that added a sweet finish to the meal. For two people, the final bill was about KSh 9,000, which felt reasonable for the quality, quantity, and the overall dining experience. If you’re craving an all-you-can-eat grill in Westlands with great service and a relaxed, social atmosphere, Fogo Gaucho is a dependable choice — just keep an eye out so you don’t miss the entrance."

"You pick up your sides from the buffet. I'm like most Brazilian steakhouse they come around with meat and serve you what you want. If you want a particular meat that are servers you ask them to bring it to you. They also had great French fries they brought around it was very enjoyable. The whole staff was very friendly"

"The food is awesome, just bring an empty tummy with you. Amazing service, a mix of Kenyan and Brazilian culture would do something to the already great aesthetics, the music is subtle. No sound or visual clutter. I loved it. My only regreat is not getting to no. 16, I got full at 10!"

"Fogo Gaucho ( Westlands Branch) I’ve been meaning to try Fogo Gaucho for a solid minute and I finally made it. As a certified meat lover, expectations were high and honestly, it delivered. Quick heads up: prices have changed from 3,500 to 4,500. 1. Ambience A really nice, relaxed vibe. Perfect for date nights and just as great for group hangouts. Easy, warm, not too loud. Loved it. 2. Service 5/5 Our server was incredible. I don’t remember his name but he was genuinely kind, funny, and had great rapport with everyone at the table. That kind of service really elevates the whole experience. 3. Food & Drinks The experience itself is absolutely worth it. The crocodile meat was a standout. Such a hit. And the pineapple coated in cinnamon? 10/10. I still think about it. Everything else was amazing too, from the salads to the desserts and fruits. Pro tip: Go hungry and avoid starches like potatoes, chips, or bread. Trust me. The juices were really good as well, but note they’re charged separately. Unfortunately, I only managed to take 3 pictures because I was too busy eating 😭 Overall rating: 8/10 Definitely worth a repeat visit but next time, with a strategy 😂 I got full way too fast. Most of us tapped out early and ended up taking walks in the parking lot just to recover 😭😂"
