Fiamma by Alloy

"Alloy is a true hidden gem tucked inside Sarit Centre. It’s impressive how much it offers under one roof: a club vibe, cigar lounge, Italian and continental dining, padel court, laser tag, and a VR room. I visited with my daughter and we had a great time. We enjoyed bitings on the terrace in beautiful weather, had lunch, then did VR, which can be played solo or with up to four people. Laser tag requires a minimum of four players and is ideal for teams and groups. The food was excellent. Highly recommend the spare ribs with their skin-on chips. My daughter loved the chicken tacos. Cocktails were great, mocktails refreshing, and the milkshake was excellent. Service was lovely. Special thanks to Elizabeth for her warm and attentive service. Bonus points for the super clean toilets that actually smell good. Will definitely return."

"What an Amazing experience by the staff!! I visited twice in 1 day!! The pan fried red snapper with creamy mash was to die for. Oh boy and the Pink Lady cocktails!! The friendly hostess, chief, waiter and waitress was soo good to me. Enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. The classy R&B set that night was so cool. What an amazing birthday experience!"

"Amazing Experience for My Sister’s Birthday! I was looking for the perfect place to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and since she had always wanted to visit Alloy, I decided to make a reservation. I’m so glad I did. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a very beautiful and friendly hostess (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name). She showed us to our table, which was exactly what I had requested. Our waitress, Mary, was wonderful very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and patient with us. From food recommendations to drink suggestions, she guided us perfectly. She even surprised my sister with a cake at the end of the evening, which made the celebration even more special. The atmosphere at Alloy is amazing: chilled vibes, a mature crowd, and music at a perfect volume exactly what we were looking for. I’m so grateful I chose this place, and I’m definitely looking forward to returning again!"
