"My experience at Cafe Cassia was ultimately a good one largely because of the waitress who later served me and made me feel welcome. I understand that Valentine’s Day was extremely busy and the pressure on staff was likely high. The lady waitress who first directed me to my seat appeared irritated by my arrival and pointed to a table without any warmth or interaction. She did not return to check on me or acknowledge me which left me feeling uncomfortable and unsure to the point I wanted to leave!After some time another waitress came over and treated me with kindness patience and genuine care. Her service completely changed how I felt and reminded me how important good hospitality is. Because of her my visit ended on a positive note and I left with a much better impression of the restaurant.The food was so yummy too!"

The ambiance is serene and stylish, with both indoor and outdoor seating that feels peaceful and uncrowded. The coffee is well made, and the menu offers a good range of fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals. An added plus is that the food is halal, which makes it accessible to more diners. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the quality and setting justify it. Service is generally friendly and attentive."

"I went to this hotel for brunch and honestly, I have no complaints at all. The place has such a cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good meal. The staff were friendly and quick to help, which made the experience even better. The food was fresh, tasty, and came in generous portions, with plenty of variety to choose from. Everything was well-prepared and nicely presented too. I also loved how calm and comfortable the atmosphere felt—no rush, just a perfect spot to unwind. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would happily come back again for another brunch. Highly recommend it!"

"It's a cool place. But the service could be better, and so would the food and it's presentation. Offering lemon&ginger dawa with a tea cup/mug and charging atrocious prices is facinorous work. Also, why do I need a reservation for what is obviously marketed as a cafe? The atmosphere is great though if you love rooftop views."

We indulged in burgers, a vanilla caramel shake, and Spanish coffee. The prompt delivery of our order was commendable, and the burgers surpassed expectations with their succulent, juicy texture that left a lasting impression—perfectly crafted for burger enthusiasts like myself. The staff exhibited exceptional hospitality, always ready with a welcoming smile and frequently checking if we needed anything or desired refills of drinks or food. Special mention goes to the cleanliness of the washrooms, which were maintained to the highest standards. A clean washroom is undeniably instrumental in reflecting the overall hygiene of a restaurant, and kudos to the staff and management for ensuring this vital area was spotless. Additionally, the ample parking space within the mall adds to the convenience for visitors. All in all, this restaurant is a magnificent choice for date nights, family gatherings, or business meetings, and comes highly recommended."
